As you can see when you hire Property Damage Adjusters you get a vast amount of experience that other Public Adjusters do not have. I am looking forward to the privilege of representing and working with you.
About Property Damage Adjusters
Having suffered an insurance loss puts you in the need of our services. You should be aware that the policy imposes many responsibilities on you. It is not the insurance company’s responsibility to prove your loss. Their interest is in reducing the amount they pay you. The Insurance Company has a staff adjuster or appoints an independent adjuster to protect their interests. Their adjuster’s specific responsibility is to minimize the financial cost of the claim. You need your own adjuster to represent “YOUR” interest.
It is a condition of the insurance policy that you, the insured, are responsible for providing the amount of the claim. You must meet certain policy requirements to support your claim. Failing to comply with policy requirements could jeopardize your claim, which could be restricted, suspended or ultimately denied.
You need a licensed Public Adjuster, who is an expert in the preparation and adjustments of the insurance claims, to guarantee that you will comply with the policy requirements in order to obtain the maximum amount of money you are entitled to under the policy.
IN A FINAL ANALYSIS, A PUBLIC ADJUSTER DOES NOT COST YOU MONEY; THE FEE IS MORE THAN COVERED BY THE INCREASED AMOUNT OF THE ADJUSTMENT YOU OBTAIN THROUGHT THE 30 YEARS OF ADJUSTING, 40 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION , AND 8 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE ADJUSTERS.
